Bellevue Hill Residence

Project Type: Whole Home Refurbishment

Time to complete project: 4 Months

Our Bellevue Hill number 7, a breathtaking full home transformation and masterpiece of light, marble, and luxury. Our brief for this project was to create a Hamptons style family home. Child-friendly, functional and beautiful.

This project consists of one kitchen and laundry, four bathrooms, living areas, and custom designed joinery pieces.

Downstairs we've used Blackbutt timber flooring throughout to create the warmth this family home deserved. Trimmed by traditional Vivid White skirting boards and lit up with Lexicon white walls.By raising the opening of each of the French doors, an angelic natural light now gently beams directly into the kitchen, dining and lounge area.

Our kitchen, a completely functional "fit for a parent of 3" kitchen. It has been situated and had walls torn down so that a perfect view of the children's playroom is parallel and the living and dining is straight ahead. There is nothing they will miss!

While practical in location and configuration, this hub is also stylish. As chosen by our clever client, we have Superwhite Dolomite on the splashback and Caesarstone on the bench tops; Shaker panel routing for all cupboards and drawers, and finally three simple traditional pendant lights above the island.

In the children's bathrooms, we've elegantly separated the two spaces by the use of black and brass tapware. Masculine black to create a boys space and a lovely feminine brass for a female. In our lovely master ensuite, we've shown off with a floor mounted, dark and detailed vanity, crystal handles on the traditional tapware and mosaic marble flooring and walls. The laundry has also been given its own point of difference in the joinery routing, where we have done v-groove in Dulux Calandre.
