Project Type: Whole home refurbishment
Time to complete project: Four Months
A tour inside our very cool and confident Bachelor pad of Bellevue Hill. Here we radiate independence, timelessness, and boldness. Paved by an attitude to explore and make statements in his home, our client has been bold with his joinery and art.
In the ensuite bathroom we radiate independence, timelessness, and boldness. Paved by an attitude to explore and make statements throughout the home, our client has been avant-garde with his choice of tiling. The Bisazza mosaic feature wall in our project was key in achieving this distinctive look. To ensure this feature was not hidden, we have used floor to ceiling glass panels also creating a successfully integrated feel.
In the main bathroom In our lavish main bathroom, we have used an interesting yet beautiful Springrose Bisazza mosaic feature wall complemented by simple brass tapware, reflected by floor to ceiling and wall to wall mirrors and, unchallenged by a subtle wall and floor tile. Transparently clever storage, layered lighting, and a custom wall hung vanity showcasing lovely bamboo gold leaf wall lighting and handles.
In the kitchen, we have clever design with a hidden butlers pantry and storage area; A divine kitchen island and bench top showcasing vertical beading on a very challenging curve; Brass tapware for the kitchen sink to perfectly complement the joinery colour and of course to maintain that every element is in keeping with this mid century modern design.
The exisiting parquetry floor was sanded, stained and in some areas masterfully extended and replicated.
